Convoluted PTFE Tubing With Cuffs
Cuffs on Convoluted Tubing are designed to have standard fractional ID’s such as 1/4″ , 1/2″ and 3/4″ all the way up to a 4” diameter. Customers can order specific custom made cuffed ID’s or even cuffed OD’s for applications and processes that are using compression fittings.
PTFE has the best flex-life and can be post formed with cuffs easier than FEP or PFA.
- Convoluted PTFE can handle static dissipative & vacuum service applications
- Cuffed PTFE Tubing can be made with a Conductive ID.

Convo PTFE has a non-stick surface, allowing easy cleaning and is self draining because of it spherical design which makes it an ideal hose for caustic fluid transfer applications. Convoluted PTFE Tubing with cuffs is generally supplied in natural PTFE, but can be manufactured in black or other custom colors.
When over braided Convoluted PTFE Tubing will work well in applications that require higher then normal pressures or where crush protection is needed.
