Convoluted FEP Tubing • Standard Flex

Convoluted FEP Tubing Standard Flex engineered to meet Mil Spec 81914/3 and is perfect as a secondary containment tube or complete containment system. Designed from clear FEP Tubing Convoluted FEP provides great optical clarity, chemical resistance and is ideal for use as an electrical or fluid conduit. FEP Convoluted Tubing will operate in temperatures up to 400°F and is ideal for applications that require high visibility and long lengths. The optical clarity of FEP tubing allows for operators to monitor the fluid passing through the tube.

Convoluted FEP Tubing will operate in applications where high temperatures are required and other materials are not suitable. Both PTFE and FEP are FDA approved materials and can be used in food and medical industry. Mil-Spec Convoluted FEP (SAE-AS81914/3 or M81914/3 ) is a moderately high temperature material that has a non-stick surface, allowing easy cleaning. Mil-Spec Convo FEP is an excellent electrical insulator and resist most corrosive liquids including acids.

Convoluted FEP Tubing is ideal for applications that require visibility and long lengths.

FEP Convo can be reinforced with stainless steel wire on the O.D. for operations at higher pressures.

Convoluted FEP Tubing is self draining due to its spiral design.
